Each time you pull the handle, the flywheel spins and displaces the water to cause resistance.<\/p>\n<p>The faster you row, the greater the resistance. Because this equipment doesn\u2019t rely on mechanical resistance, it can provide you with a challenging workout no matter your fitness level.<\/p>\n<p>In between workout sessions, this machine can be folded up and pushed into the corner of a room. Transport wheels make it easier to relocate the machine.<\/p>\n<p>As long as your ceilings are relatively high, there shouldn\u2019t be a problem storing this unit upright.<\/p>\n<h3>Simple Assembly<\/h3>\n<p>Assembling it isn\u2019t overly complicated, but will take a little bit of time. The machine arrives in two packages for easy delivery. All of the tools necessary for assembly are included with the package.<\/p>\n<p>If possible, you may want to get a friend or two to help with assembly and move it along more quickly.
